Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Class

This yoga class is designed to help students feel more comfortable in their bodies and less anxious. It is also a place where you can work with your trauma in a safe and welcoming environment. The class will provide tools to help you cope with emotional and mental scars of past crises, while boosing physical wellbeing and releasing trauma from the physical body.
