All-Levels Yoga

The 90-minute classic Sivananda Yoga class follows a balanced sequence: initial relaxation, breathing exercises, sun salutations and twelve basic postures.

Gentle Yoga

Focus on the breath while moving the body through a sequence of gentle poses, modifying according to the capacity of those in attendance. Lots of warmups. Great for all levels and abilities!

Yoga for You

Throughout the week, we also offer Senior Yoga (by donation), Beginner Yoga and Intermediate Yoga—making the practice available to all

Establish Your Practice

Yoga 1

A five-session course for beginners that starts with the foundation of Yoga Philosophy and teaches students to practice asana safely, properly and with awareness. Students can continue on to Yoga 2 and Yoga 3.

Positive Thinking

In this five-session course. learn time-tested and effective methods to elevate thoughts out of habitual negative patterns. Build confidence through affirmations. Positive thinking is a Raja Yoga technique that brings peace of mind.


Set up a personal practice and learn about the mind in this five-session course. Develop skills to focus and calm the mind in all situations, and enjoy a daily practice that gives you inner strength
and resilience. Level 2 available.

Soothing and nourishing


Yoga’s sister science is a powerful healing tool to nourish the mind-body connection. Rejuvenate yourself with an Ayurvedic body treatment or book a consultation today.

Yoga Therapy

The Sivananda Institute of Health & Yoga (SIHY) offers courses for specific health conditions, consultations with  certified Yoga Health Educators, protocol series, and an IAYT-certified 800-hour Yoga Therapist training.


Vedic Sciences

We offer programs in Vedanta, Jyotish (Vedic Astrology), Vaastu (Indian Architecture) and more.
