This five-session course builds from Yoga 2. Each class includes theory and practice.
Talks will cover the subtle energy system of the body, back health, yogic cleansing techniques, and the Eight Limbs of Raja Yoga. We will continue to focus on the headstand, plus added variations.
This is a 5-session course, meeting weekly on Sundays.
