We are taking appointments for consultations with a medical doctor who has a holistic view of health. Whether you haven’t been to a doctor in awhile or you have a worrisome persistent symptom or you’d appreciate a wider viewpoint than your current practitioners offer, make an appointment today and support our efforts to bring wellness to your doorstep. In addition to lab work, etc, Dr. Jain can prescribe yogic health interventions billable through your health insurance. Yoga Health Educator trainees will do health intake assessments and guide you through protocols and adapted classes specific to your needs, under the doctor’s guidance. Yoga has always been for your health. The five pillars of exceptional health as taught by the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers are proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet, positive thinking and meditation. Regain balance and stability. Find harmony and peace.
