The focus of this mini-retreat is breathing exercises, mobilization exercises and plenty of time settling into relaxation. Smooth easy breathing and abdominal stimulation helps increase the blood and oxygen supply to the pancreas, helping to increase insulin production and reduce blood sugar levels. Relieve symptoms. Build endurance. Restore the body to health.

12:30pm  Vegetarian lunch provided

1:30-3:00pm  Talk: Mind-Body Integration to Relieve Stress

3:15-4:15pm  Meditation—for endocrine gland function

Please plan to take it easy in the evening.


Sunday • 3/31

10:30am-noon  Gentle Asana Class with breath awareness

12:15pm  Vegetarian lunch provided

1:15-2:45pm  Talk: Healthy Practices for You

3:00-4:00pm  Goal-setting for positive change

4:15pm on  Individual 15-minute followups for each participant
