Yoga Nidra is the art of conscious deep relaxation. Indeed, Yoga Nidra is a profound state of consciousness. Embark on a guided meditation and journey inside of your physical and subtle bodies. You will be astounded at what you can do to restore your energy and heal yourself.
Come in comfortable clothes. Mats, pillows and blankets provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Anandamayi graduated from the Sivananda Yoga Teachers Training Course at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Farm in Grass Valley, CA in 2014 and completed her ATTC there in 2015. She got a Yoga Nidra certification in 2016. She is a tireless karma yogi, currently serving at the San Francisco Center. She especially enjoys teaching, chanting, cooking, and gardening.
