Special Day of Sadhana

Monday, August 21, 2017
6:00 am–9:00 pm

From Vedic Astrologer Komilla Sutton:

Solar eclipses happen twice a year and they promise transformation and change especially at the path of the eclipse. The rarity of this eclipse is that a total solar eclipse will be observed coast-to-coast in the United States. The last one was in 1918 – 99 years ago.

Solar eclipses promise change. The impact can be global, political, and personal. The change can be positive or negative; it is usually unexpected. It impacts all of us emotionally and we can feel fearful and anxious as the planets that give us light (Sun and Moon) are engulfed in shadows. The energy around us is disturbed and we can all feel it one way or the other.

If you are born around 21 August then expect to be affected by this eclipse – how much depends on your personal chart and many other factors. You may already be feeling its turbulence; eclipse energy does not necessarily brings its impact on the day of the eclipse but either side of it. It carries on its agenda of change for years after the event. How you cope with the impact also depends on your chart plus your own ability to handle the energies. You can take simple steps – keeping life simple, not over-burdening yourself, avoid people or news that worries you.
