“Man’s music is seen as a means of restoring the soul, as well as confused and discordant bodily afflictions, to the harmonic proportions that it shares with the world soul of the cosmos.” —Plato

Join sisters Kensi and Kayla in this three-hour dive into Nada Yoga: An Exploration of Self & Sound where we will invoke the primordial power of sound through movement, stillness, chanting and offering our unique voices to en-lighten ourselves and all of existence.

In this workshop you will:

  • Relax deeply and heal with yoga nidra with sound
  • Open up using movement and vocalization
  • Tone through the chakras with bija mantras
  • Chant mantras in kirtan for purifying the mind and enlightening the spirit
  • Amplify and manifest intention with singing bowls

About Kensi:
Kensi is a San Francisco-based sound healer specializing in connecting people with their voice and their truth. She began her journey as a sound healer with personal exploration from a young age, and with a formal 186-hour training in 2016. She now helps people live their lives with joy and peace with the magic of sound. Her wish is to share her unique relationship with this powerful tool to aid the world in playful and effective healing.

About Kayla:
Kayla is a 500-hour YAI Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda Science yoga teacher. She completed this training in 2013 and since then has made sharing yoga in its many forms her main offering to the world.
