Ayurveda considers, in one context, health as the “dynamic balance between the essence and the waste in the body, where the essence always exceeds the waste”. And to enable this dynamic balance to be consistently maintained, Ayurveda teaches us about the two important concepts of cleansing and nourishing. Neither are complete in themselves; but together they keep us in a state of health and happiness. This session will explore the principles of achieving this balance.
The principles of Ayurveda are universal and eternal and can be practiced in any geoclimatic context. Remain healthy and happy!

The village has commenced functioning in a small way with 36 patient units – it is called “vaidyagrama”.
