Intermediate Yoga Courses

In Yoga 3, take your practice further. Learn about meditation, the energy body, stress and its effects, and continue with the 12 basic yoga asanas, sun salutations, and pranayama. Additional variations will be introduced. You will be encouraged to hold the postures a bit longer. Be confident to practice at home.

Continue to Yoga 4 and learn more about the mind, plus themed asana variations. Yoga courses beyond Yoga 4 form on demand.

Attend Open Classes free of charge while enrolled.

Duration: 5 sessions, once per week, 90 minutes each
