Senior Yoga Class
Take a yoga class at your pace. Energize your body. Strengthen your bones. Improve your balance. Calm the breath, focus the mind and relax. Let go. Find inner peace—and community! Class includes breathing exercises, warm-ups, and adapted poses—with plenty of relaxation. Chair Yoga included as appropriate. All ages welcome.
