The focus of this mini-retreat is breathing exercises, mobilization exercises and plenty of time settling into relaxation. Smooth easy breathing and abdominal stimulation helps increase the blood and oxygen supply to the pancreas, helping to increase insulin production and reduce blood sugar levels. Relieve symptoms. Build endurance. Restore the body to health.
