Keep building your practice. Learn about concentration and mechanics of the mind. Have a more meditative experience in the poses. Although each class will include a full range of asanas, there will be a weekly theme: balancing, hip opening, back bending and building arm strength.

This is a 5-session course, meeting weekly on Sundays.
March 18, 25 and April 1, 8 and 15
